Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using Daily Wave (the "App"), an iOS application provided by BLUEKEI SOFT (the "Company"), together with the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and the user.

These terms take effect upon being posted in the App or on the Company's website.

The Company may amend these terms where necessary, and amended terms apply from the time of posting. Where an amendment is unfavourable to users, it will be announced at least 7 days before it takes effect.

The App requires no sign-up or login. You can use the service simply by installing the App, with no account to create.

All settings are stored only on your device and are not retained by the Company. The Company has no obligation to restore settings lost through a device reset, app deletion or a change of device.

When a Bluetooth connection is detected within a time window you have set, the App reads out information such as weather, traffic, stock quotes, calendar events and reminders, then launches the media app you selected once the briefing ends.

The information in a briefing is based on public data provided by third parties, and the Company does not warrant its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

The App is provided free of charge. Every feature is available immediately after installation, with no subscription of any kind. Optional tips are offered through Apple's In-App Purchase to support development; they unlock nothing, and declining them limits no feature.

The Company does not process payments through the App and collects no payment information.

The App is designed to minimise visual distraction while driving, but responsibility for operating the vehicle safely rests entirely with the driver. Users must comply with road traffic law and related regulations.

Users may not reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute or commercially resell the App.

Intellectual property rights in the App and in the software, design and trademarks it contains (including the Daily Wave name and logo) belong to the Company.

The Company is not liable for service interruptions arising from causes beyond its control, such as acts of God, carrier outages, the discontinuation of third-party data sources, or operating system updates.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability for damages is limited to the amount the user actually paid for the App.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute relating to use of the App shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction over the Company's head office as the court of first instance.
